1) By becoming a TravelChums member, you verify that you are at least 18 years old. Membership is not open to minors. 2) Your TravelChums membership is for your personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. 3) You are responsible for the content you submit on our site and to other TravelChum members. 4) You will use TravelChums in a manner that is consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. 5) You will not include in your profile any phone numbers, addresses, last names, URLs or e-mail addresses other than where it is requested in the confidential Personal Information section. 6) You will not post on TravelChums site or transmit to other members or employees any defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes on or violates another's rights. 7) You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references or sexually suggestive language and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. TravelChums reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does comply with these requirements. 8) You will not engage in advertising to or solicitation of other members to buy or sell any products or services through TravelChums. You will not transmit chain letters or junk e-mail to other members. To protect its members from this conduct, TravelChums has imposed a 10 message per day limit. 9) You will not post, distribute or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner. 10) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. TravelChums reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between members. 11) Either you or TravelChums may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. TravelChums reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the TravelChums service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you that is brought to TravelChums' attention. 12) You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelChums, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the TravelChums service, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement. 13) Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the TravelChums service, but not directly by TravelChums, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. TravelChums does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than TravelChums.
